"Staffs from the front desk to dining and house keeping are very attentive and willing to assist. I gave them all five stars! However, as a foreigner who first time arrive Mumbai, the room condition is not as perfect as I expected and the neighborhood is far from the tourist sites."

"The facade of the hotel is nothing like the picture ,it is in a slum area ,the stairs are that narrow you can hardly get up them,I booked a deluxe room but was shown to a room that was an internal room with no window the room was smelly and all sorts dusty .I have contacted ebookers with a view to getting a refund but with on luck yet "
