"Hotel is part of a different chain OYO flagship. So although I had a reservation made through Orbitz, the reservation wasn’t appearing on the hotel reservation under new flagship. No one from Orbitz told me this change. Hotel didn’t send anyone to pick me up at the Mumbai Airport although I have made reservation for Airport shuttle. "The hotel make certain norms just by themselves. I was told not to drink in my room, only to drink in the bar buying alcohol that is sold by the bar run by the hotel. Inorder to maximize own profit they have stipulated such norms. A friend of mine from Mumbai came to see me and he was denied access to my room despite my consent at normal day time hours. Was told visitors can only be met at common area. Precarious norm! At same price we can stay at Best Western which is 200 times...
