"The front desk was very friendly and Flexible with my check-in. I have 5 rooms reservation for my group. We have whole day tournaments in York. The hotel manager allowed me to check-in all rooms early at 1pm so that I can give keys to my parties who cannot come to hotel until late evening. Breakfast service is very good and friendly. The breakfast hour is 6-9am. At 9:13AM, the service person was about to remove food. But she asked all guests in the room if anyone wants anything. Also the...

"Great location and well kept , clean property with friendly "live" checkin ..enough of those "robots" at the lower standard Hotels in the US now...they hide in their offices behind a screen too lazy to even greet guests....and finally a Hotel that says no to dogs and cats ...enough leave them at home they are not "people".."
