"Good historical inn! We stayed in a historical building next to the main one. Since it is a historical building, you will have thin walls and stairs. The main building had an elevator to the 2nd floor. We didn’t eat breakfast but went to a coffee shop 2 buidings over and it was excellent coffee and chai tea. The Dobbins tavern across the street had a historic atmosphere with good food."

"Beautiful historic property in the heart of Gettysburg. Our room was cozy and comfortable. Could walk to all of the historic downtown businesses and restaurants from here. Next door to Welty House and near Jennie Wade House. You can book a ghost tour or hunt through the property. Did not add the breakfast, but it smelled good and others seemed to enjoy it. Only hiccup was we had trouble gaining entry to the main house with the code we were sent. However, Sam was on-site and was able to give us a new code to get in after a few minutes. He was very helpful, and Andrew guided us on a fun ghost hunt that evening. Would definitely stay again."

"We had a great stay! Perfect location for downtown. The only thing I would recommend updating is some of the furniture. It’s perfect for Civil War era appearance, but not comfortable to sit on. I would happily stay again!!"
