"Lovely property! For a chain hotel, it has a very personal and local feel. Very friendly staff. Great spa. The outdoor firepit is a great touch! Very clean. The breakfast buffet was very good for a BW property. Our only negative about the property is the dinner dining. It was functional, but slow and with limited menu options. "The light at the door was not working. When I entered the room it was pitch black and the only light switch I could find was by groping around into the bathroom to turn that light on. I did tell the desk person about the problem when I checked out."

"The door on our room seemed to be broken at one point, so had to double check to be sure it closed. They did call to let me know we had forgotten a small item in one of the rooms! So we could run back to get it. "
