"Stayed as the Dove rooms. Arrived ealier than check in, then waited about 15 minutes for any office staff to be in the office. Was told to wait 35 minutes (in reality over 1.5 hours) to get into my room, which is fine again I was early. Room was clean, but very unmaintained- multiple visible drywall dings/paint cuts/ WATER DAMAGE around tub; since they decided to use wooden trim around a jacuzzi. 2 person stand in shower, with horrible pitching caused slippery surface and water pooling....
