After having to leave a nasty hotel property near by the staff was so friendly and so kind to us. They went above and beyond to make up feel better and safe!

I found hair that was not mine everywhere including in the bed and I was distraught bc I’m pregnant and I was exhausted ! I found hair including pubic hairs in the shower and on the toilet that were not mine bc I hadn’t used it yet I am disgusted ! Will never be back here again

Tru is just the basics, good for short stay, would like the bathroom to have optional heating liked the absence of rugs, bedding to not go to the floor also good.

Front desk lady was superb, although overworked. A particular cleaning staff we encountered in the hall was totally rude. The room was way too tiny, even for a standard size.

We really liked Issac. He was very helpful about places to eat and he was very friendly. What we didn't like was that their were dogs everywhere. I like dogs but there is a place for them and it's not at a hotel. There maybe people allergic and they have to take a backseat to a dog. That's very sad. Your know people let their animals sleep in bed with them and I think its very wrong for those that do not care for pets in their house. We heard a dog barking down the hall from us off and on all night the first night we were there. It's just wrong. In the past dogs weren't allowed and hotels were still busy.

When my wife and I arrived at this property with our toddler, we were told that our reservation had been canceled due to overbooking. There was no prior notice of the cancellation. Furthermore, I still have not received a refund for this booking from Hilton or Expedia.

The hotel is super convenient to all the area attractions. Probably the best breakfast around, so even if the price is a bit higher, it’s worth it. Only down side, the highway at night can be a bit loud, so if you’re a light sleeper it could be a problem.

Only issues we had was the matress was not great and bed squeaked sitting or moving on parts of the bed. Ours backs took a beating. Staff was wonderful and place was clean.
