"We had an issue with the TV. An engineer was with us in minutes and we was moved to another room due ti the fault excellent customer service. Only other little issue was how long the sauna takes to warm up ! "

"Remote was disturbing filthy. Hair dryer did not work. Lamps are all loose in nature and leaning. Water faucet is loose on cabinet. Tub shower surround could use more cleaning and sealed. Tub faucet loose as well. Also cracks under entry door allows rodents/critters"

"we drive 12 hours form Louisiana to Santa Fe, at least one time a month and we don't go anywhere that it is not this hotel! It is more than an hotel! The people? Are awesome! Carlos always helping us with wherever we need, Guadalupe always fix our rooms as brand new and the other ladies but I am more familiar with her , the 2 ladies and the guy with glasses are awesome ( the guy in the night is not the best but who cares lol) everything is great! Plus the location is perfect"

"The pool is nice and huge but the pool police sucks. But other than that the hotel is really nice. I would definitely recommend staying here.soft beds as well."
