"My wife very much enjoyed her massage with Donna on Saturday. I have to say the staff was very hospitable. I am pretty sure that it was Devlin who checked us in. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and funny. After a 7 hour drive which ended in some very wet and snowy conditions in the Santa Fe area, Devlin made the check in process very easy and was very helpful with his directions to our great room. Thanks to you all."

"We stayed in the Hacienda and this room was absolutely amazing! Spacious, clean and great high end linens. The fireplace was amazing for a nice snowy night. Shower had plenty of water pressure and was a great way to relax after a long day. Butler's were all so amazing and helpful! Hotel has free shuttle service within a mile which is a nice offering. Happy hour in the Hacienda consisted of wines, beers and appetizers which was great before heading downstairs to the Amaya for dinner. Saturday...

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "
