"My favorite hotel in ABQ. Clean and well managed. I have stayed here many times. This stay was the first time staying on the 2nd floor. Ice machine wasn’t working on this floor or the next floor that the out of order sign directed me to. Also there was a bright street light right outside the window and the curtains were not heavy enough to block the light adequately."

"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "
