"The man at the front was rude to us from the start. Once we got into our room it was nasty the mattress was brown and lumpy. The room was not cleaned there was hair on the bathroom floor and it smelled very musty. We decided to leave because we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping here and the front guy made it very clear we were unable to get a refund. Overall bad experience. "

"We went to ABQ for some family issues that were unpleasant. We were given the Amado Peña room which was absolutely beautiful! I’ve always enjoyed Amado’s work and was fortunate enough to have met him briefly a few times many years ago. The room brought back some happy memories that were very comforting during that stressful time. On the down side however, the room faced east, the curtains were thin and ill-fitting and the morning sun woke us much too early every morning. The daily adult...
