Also appreciate having coffee /tea in the atrium after long walks and felt safe walking around town even at late hours of night after visiting Christmas markets . "I think this may be my first hotel review but this one was well worth taking the time to write about. The service here is outstanding and everyone there goes above and beyond. They are friendly and knowledgeable and really made a difference for our stay. The hotel design is also very elegant and the pool has a very nice view as well. The service all around from the waitresses to front desk and especially to the concierge made this feel better than the four seasons or ritz. "

"The room was recently renovated with a lot of space and a large closet/storage option for large luggage. Beautiful Mountain View from room with a large balcony. Lobby a little outdated compared to the rooms. Nice, welcoming bartender at the bar downstairs. "
