"I had problems checking in, I was charged almost the room rate for my dog (NOT pet friendly), no toilet paper in my room, housekeeping didn't come, coffee fixings but not coffee maker, swimming pool was full of algae and frogs, I completed the mobile check in and still had to go through the entire check in process."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and I felt safe. It could just use some renovating. There was duct tape on part of the floor It seemed like an older facility. However -I would choose to stay there again. The other good service, friendliness and price were enough to offset my other concerns. Thank you for a great stay! "
