"Check in process was very slow. Even though there were 3 person in front of me. The whole check in process took me half an hour. Room had a smell but it was gone after awhile. Housekeeping was very slow. Was out for a couple of hours, when I came back, the room was not tidied up. But the staff were all very nice and smiley."
