The only complaint is that I asked for cutlery to be brought up to my room, waited 20 minutes, rang them again and waited another 20 mins. Nothing arrived, I finally rang them back and told them not to bother but to note it down. There wasn't any recovery done. It was a minor issue but I was surprised that nobody apologised for the tardiness especially when front of house was so service orientated. A little...

"Parking waa a problem .the hotel looby entrances sign was not clearly directed which u need go round finding it. MR$ 80 per day gor park at hotel looby wasn't fair . .."

"Good location. Opposite Komtar which is next to City Square. Walking distance to the customs. Room is small 14 sqm but quite well equipped. Thrre is a safe, bedroom slippers, kettle, hairdryer, toothbrush & other toileteries. A convenience store is at the lobby so can get drinks & snacks 👍"
