"Pros: 1. The room is clean and spacious (Deluxe Room). 2. The hotel staff was accommodating as I've requested for lower level - the hotel do not have lift. Cons: The noise at night at ground level rooms. For 2 nights that we've stayed, sometime 10.30PM until 2AM, there was a family with children who were noisy talking to each other, children shouting, banging of the room door.
