"Yunis and Ersin were great at the front desk and very helpful...you could ask them for anything and they would do their best to provide for your request. Very friendly staff and overall a great hotel in a great location. Spend a lovely bank holiday weekend here and enjoyed the sights and sounds of Istanbul. "

Very helpful staff. Perfect location!

"Hotel is in a perfect location. Grand bazaar and the mosques area are walkable, both with in 10 minutes. Whole staff was very friendly and we got lots of help arranging taxis, airport pick up and baby stroller etc. There is nice view of Istanbul skyline from the terrace. "

"An excellent location for visiting Sultanahmet. Just a few minutes walk from the main tourist sites. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel but there are restaurants and cafes nearby. The manager, Selim, was very helpful regarding getting around the city and where to visit. Requests for service were dealt with promptly and well. "
