Situated in the heart of Istanbul No12 is the ideal place to stay for a short weekend trip. You are a 10 minute walk away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia mosques. The Bazaar is a short walk away in the opposite direction and you have the local metro on your doorstep. The hotel is small and clean and functional which is what you need if you don't plan on staying for more than a few days.

Best Istanbul Stay Everrrrr
The hotel is a gem boutique hotel. The staff is super nice n friendly. The housekeeping also very honest and takes good care of our room n its always clean. The breakfast is like home cook. The hotel makes u feel so welcome n u forget that u stayed is the hotel. Hadica and the rest of the team are really great in any help u need. Will definately stay there again as it is also central to anywhere for tourist

I will definitely go back in this hotel!! If you wanna be in the old town and with a reasonable priced hotel… this is the one! The location is excellent! Very close to Marmaray station and the tourist spots! The staff and i mean all of the staff are super accomodating and very helpful! They would please you to your needs! The view from the breakfast place ( deck) is fantastic! Definitely the rooms are clean… small but good enough for sleeping. I would recommend this future travelers! Thanks again for making my stay extra special!

We had a lovely stay at No:12 Hotel Sultanahmet. The service staff and desk staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Han. The room was very nice and clean (and cleaned every single day!), but it was very small. This didn't matter much as we were out for the majority of the day so didn't need to use the room as much. The hotel is very central, with everything close-by - Sultanahmet and Hagia Sophia were 5-10 mins away via walk, lots of souvenir shops and tons of food options nearby. The rooftop view is beautiful and there are many rooftop restaurants next door, so we stayed at these rooftop places until quite late knowing that it is safe to walk back to our hotel which was 1 min away. Would definitely stay again!

Don’t accept level one rooms , smelly and the noise like you sleep in the lobby we ask the receptionist and they done nothing even the they didn’t accept to adjust the price , the receptionist Rahma very kind and friendly and he’s the only one speak English he help us to move one room up but we stuck with the other one no sleep no rest from the noises

very tiny rooms with no air to breathe. very small reception and lobby, very small elevator and no air conditioning in the hallways. everytime i went out my room there was no ac i thought i was gonna pass out from the heat, not to mention the lights in the hallway were motion sensored and very bad

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage (Hagia Sophia und Blaue Mosche zu Fuß erreichbar), allerdings in der Nacht nicht so ruhig da Verkehrsstraße und Fester nicht genug dicht und Schallisoliert.

La posizione è ottima, hotel vicinissimo a tutti i punti di maggior interesse del centro di Istanbul, si raggiunge tutto dopo pochi minuti di camminata. Camere non molto grandi ma curate e pulite. Personale gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile ad aiutarci in tutto. Torneremo sicuramente in futuro.

Als wir in der Türkei angekommen und mit dem Angestellen vom Hotel No.12 telefoniert haben, wurde uns bestätigt, dass 2 Zimmer noch frei seien. Angekommen, eines dieser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss in der Lobby. Daraufhin sagte ich, dass wir dieses Zimmer nicht möchten. Vorgeschlagen wurde ein anderes Zimmer im 5.Stock, dessen Preis allerdings vorort teuer war, wie auf Expedia, versteht sich auch und ist normal. Als ich das Angebot von Expedia ihm vorgezeigt habe, bestätigte der Herr aus der Rezeption das Angebot, für ein Superior Zimmer im 5.Stock und nach der Buchung allerdings nicht mehr ??? Wir haben für das Zimmer was wir nicht wollten im Nachhinein auf Ansage des Angestellten über Expedia mehr bezahlt und hatten sogar keinen Frühstück inklusive, was wir ebenso nicht genutzt hätten, denn essen sowieso draußen. Wir wollten ein Upgrade auf Zuzahlung, waren dann immer noch bereit, mehr als mehr zu zahlen aber danach war angeblich das Zimmer reserviert. Fazit: Er hat seinem Chef sicherlich gutes Geld eingebracht aber allerdings nur für diesen einen Tag. Und dachte sich, morgen kommen sowieso andere Leute. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoss wurde für viel mehr verkauft wie im 5.Stock und das Zimmer war dennoch verfügbar für das selbe Geld. Wir sind jedes Jahr min. 1x in Istanbul geschäftlich sowie familiär, wir wollten den Stress vermeiden und waren den Tag daraufhin weg. Eine Rückerstattung möchten wir nicht, es ging uns nämlich nicht um das Geld. Die Putzfrau war gut👍

En traslado hotel aeropuerto supuestamente gratis el hotel contrato un servicio de $ 60 euros y el taxi normalmente cobra $30 por el mismo trayecto. Y no nos informo del precio antes de contratarlo. NOS SENTIMOS ESTAFADOS. El hotel no cuida al cliente.
