"Located in a remote, quiet area, this cabin was a perfect getaway for our family. It was well stocked with all the essentials we needed, and very clean. The creek wasn’t running due to the drought but that didn’t take away from the comfort of our stay. I recommend this place to all!"

"The cabin was awesome, the property is beautiful. Mike was super cool, let us use the golf cart, brought the kayaks to the water for us, and let us use his firewood. We cooked, kayaked, ran around with the dog, looked for arrowheads, stargazed, watched deer from the porch. It was perfect. "

"We rented all four cabins for family from out of town for a wedding at nearby Addison Grove. It was perfect. Each cabin is similarly appointed and clean as can be. They are cozy so you’ll need to be creative with unpacking but we did just fine. As the father of the bride we rented our cabin for 6 nights and had a lot of stuff. "We had such a blast staying at The George @ontexastime. The location is perfect as we visited Austin and Fredericksburg. Loved the clean and efficient cabin- perfect for the two of us and so, so cute. The cold plunge and sauna were a treat, also used the swimspa which was way bigger than I thought. Beautiful views, so much nature to take in and great communication from the host. Will def book here again!"

"We had our five year old and 1 year old with us. Our 5 yr old loved the loft (so fun). Place was perfect as we were visiting with family nearby. It was very clean when we arrived. There was no coffee provided which was a bummer because grocery stores are 20 mins away."

"Wonderful property. The home is thoughtfully furnished for a family getaway. Kitchen is nicely stocked beyond the normal pots and pans, there was a highchair for the baby, dish soaps, spices for cooking, coffee filters, most anything you would need. An abundance of games in the home to keep the family entertained. The beach club was an absolute dream, it was beautiful and we frequently had it to ourselves. "House was very nice. David and Patti were very friendly and welcoming. They were on property if we needed anything but we were left alone and able to enjoy our escape. If you want to get away from crazy city then this is the place to go. So peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Charming “tiny” cabin. Had everything you would need. Two kids loved their own space up on the loft with their own tv and games. Decor and furnishings were spot on. Early morning we saw deer just out the back. 20 min drive to Kalahari/soccer complex."

"The property has a beautiful view. Nice and breezy. It’s safe no wild life around. We had to park our vehicle at the bottom of the hill and hike up to the cabin. With that being said we left the luggage in the vehicle. Next time we will prepare better. The only problem we encountered was the shower. There was not enough water for 2 people. Overall It was a good adventure!"
