"The house is great and exactly as described. The deck was perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the view. The only downside was that unfortunately there was some miscommunication with the host/housekeeping - I requested early check in and confirmed it multiple times, but when I arrived the house had not been cleaned/beds changed. The host apologized and had someone there in about 30 minutes but then it took a couple hours for the house to be ready. Once it was ready it was in perfect...

"Wonderful property. The home is thoughtfully furnished for a family getaway. Kitchen is nicely stocked beyond the normal pots and pans, there was a highchair for the baby, dish soaps, spices for cooking, coffee filters, most anything you would need. An abundance of games in the home to keep the family entertained. The beach club was an absolute dream, it was beautiful and we frequently had it to ourselves. Hosts were attentive if you had any questions, and there were nice touches like...

"We stayed here for 4 nights with family and my son's college roommates celebrating his 21st birthday & a bit of R&R before FINALS. The home was very nice and spacious. We were able to grill & cook in the home. The "kids" went to explore a few trails. Unfortunately the temperature dropped & it rained a great deal so we were not able to head to the water as planned. I would recommend the host & their home! We are hoping to return upon next semesters "drop off""
