"Very busy at check- in which despite being pre-paid took 30 minutes to be served. Not enough staff on reception/ Check-in. Facilities are generally good however the pool area was poor, very tired looking needs repainting ng and new surface around the pool also the main feature waterfall was not working I think under renovation.
