"What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? "Everything was good. the person responsible for giving us the beach voucher was rude, unprofessional and argumentative towards me my wife the lady from Csuites refused us a pass ruined the entire stay. I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. They should not have someone with such low intelligence talking to anyone about anything get him a helmet and keep idiots from behind the counter. "

"Ppl are pushy on tours (commission) . Kicked us out of the room we were in because they forgot someone rented our room out for the whole year. Which was fine because they upgraded our room. Then when it came time to check out. They wanted to pay my fiancé back my security deposit on Gcash. Instead of giving me back my security deposit. Ultimately I got back but I had to put up a fight to get my deposit back... could have been a way better experience..."

"There was a majot problem with the air conditioner unit and the owner of the unit tried to make it persay, seem that it was getting fixed but it was just not working after 3 days attemtping to make it happen so i checked out early and paid only amount of my usage and the owner didnt even offer any discount or c9nsideration for the broken a/c unit that made the room super hot. Horrible but instayed at the Sébastien Hotel in Mactan and it was similar price and nice and cool and very secure feeling...
