"It was a very nice apartment but there was no air conditioning which made our stay very uncomfortable. The apartment is also located in a very good location in the square at the old town but this also made it very loud especially having to sleep with the windows open for air. "Fantastic hotel right in the heart of Innsbruck! Just a 5min walk from the central train station and all the shopping you can handle. The Christmas market is also just a few minute walk as well as the Colorful Houses. The staff are all amazing and very helpful. There is a full bar and the brother/sister bartending team are super friendly. There is an observation deck on the top floor giving you Benavides of the city and mountains. Great photo opportunity! "

Big negative point was We stayed for 3 nights and there was no housekeeping to clean our room a single day besides on the 1st day when we asked a few times for someone to clear the bins. We mentioned the rest of the days before leaving for someone to clean but nothing was done...

Resteraunt was closed . Could not use foodora as cannot verify an international number . Receptionist asked to to keep trying instead of ordering for us and taking money . "
