"We'd read a mix of reviews on this property. However, our experience was that the negative reviews have no merit. This was a great place to stay in the Franklin area and everything about this stay was excellent. The only caution I would offer is to be careful turning into the road that leads up to the hotel as it is at the crest of a hill. The staff at this hotel made us feel very welcome and there were a number of excellent perks at no cost. The breakfast was generous and among the best I've ever seen at a free breakfast hotel. They also had grab and go bags for breakfast on the run. All of this was at no cost. We will definitely stay at this location again."

Stan an amazingly helpful employee helped me with booking a room on my app and making sure it was a pet friendly room after I had booked it. I will definitely be stay there when I come back to the area. "
