"This beautiful red brick farmhouse, built in 1958, is completely furnished with a 1960's feel. Everything was clean and orderly and every convenience was provided. I've stayed in many VRBO rentals and this one was stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner was very communicative, helpful and responsive. This is a great getaway in the NC mountains. "

"The place was very clean lot's of space. The home came with Board games, fool's ball amd ping pong table, tv's in main spaces not bedrooms, books to read, fire pit, grill, sauna, jacuzzi, washing machine, dryer, dish washer. The only problem was that dam steep hill!! Be forewarned it's super dark and no lights once you get into the are of the house. One of our cars couldn't make it up the hill at all. The other made it half way, but this was during the night where we couldn't see. Had to drive...

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was located in a quiet area but close to restaurants, shopping, nature and the university. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hot breakfast was good every day we were there. The water was hot with good water pressure. We would stay again if in the area. "
