"There were some issues, but the staff worked diligently to remedy them. So, while there were aspects of the stay that were below expectations, the diligence of the hotel in addressing them goes a long way. For that, the hotel wins my kudos and turned something negative into a positive! "

Poconovo

3.0 star property
4.0 out of 10, (1)

Villa Cascais

4.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (96)

Shame that terrace wasn’t fully open for hotel guests when restaurant was in service, especially when hotel has very limited other facilities and areas to chill. Also didn’t know Iron Man was descending which was tricky due to marquees erected for admin right in front of the hotel. However, this was certainly a beautiful place to...

"What a shame the hotel is closing its doors. It’s very dated and will make way for a brand new development but we had a lot of lovely stays here and will be missed! Thanks the entire hotel staff for being awesome and hope you all land on your feet again!"

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (16)
" Our stay in at Ana’s apartment was wonderful, beginning with the communication! Ana even offered to pick us up from the bus! When we arrived at the apartment,Ana gave us a ton of suggestions and recommendations for restaurants. The apartment was homey and filled with everything you could want! She included a welcome basket and wine! I would give this more stars if I 😃"
