I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. We booked a total of three rooms, checking in late around 11:20 PM due to travel delays, expecting a clean and comfortable place to rest. Unfortunately, what we encountered was unacceptable.
In two out of the three rooms, we found what appeared to be the presence of bedbugs. There were visible stains on the bedding, dead bed bug shells and discovering a brown ripped mattress made it even worse. After these findings we had no choice but to check out around 1:00 AM and find other accommodations in the middle of the night.
Despite these serious issues and health concerns, no one from management reached out to us during or after our stay nor were we offered another room or any assistance at checkout. This was extremely disappointed especially since we booked the “VIP access”. Im not sure how this hotel is listed as a “4 star hotel” but the images listed are not accurate. When I reported this to Expedia, the hotel management was unresponsive and denied our request for a refund, even though we were there for just over an hour.
To make matters worse, I later found a review from two months ago reporting similar bedbug problems, making it clear that this is an ongoing issue that has not been addressed.
For a hotel with a four-star rating, the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service was shocking. If you value a clean and safe environment, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
