"We love, love, love this hotel. The views, from the balcony, of the casino, park, ocean, and sunrise (or sunset) are absolutely lovely from the third or fourth floors. We find the rooms to be spacious, and the location handy. It is a lovely 20-min stroll, along the boardwalk, to Cascais. We find the rooms to be spacious and well-maintained, and the staff willing to help. We will be back (again)..."

"I really enjoyed the Villa Galé Estoril. It is well located and close to everything you would need within the area. I felt very safe when walking at night. It is quiet area with many restaurants options. I love the themed rooms. It takes you back in time. The pool area is lovely. I did not use the pool on this trip. The breakfast was delicious and the staff friendly. Check in and out was quick without any issues. I would stay here again or at any other locations. I highly recommend it."

"nothing like what expedia has the property described as . "waterfront" - no where near. "Situated on the boardwalk" no where near. One hand towel provided for 2 people and extra charges advertised for extra towlels/change within 3 days. Needed maintenance. The door had large gaps around, didn't lock properly. Shower curtain was filthy along the bottom. Outside areas run down and needed some cleaning & painting . double the usual nightly rate for Tom Jones concert but really wasn't worth...
