"Wonderful room, beautiful grounds. Not very soundproof but it wasn’t an issue as everyone was very quiet."

"There were some issues, but the staff worked diligently to remedy them. So, while there were aspects of the stay that were below expectations, the diligence of the hotel in addressing them goes a long way. For that, the hotel wins my kudos and turned something negative into a positive! "

"I highly recommend this hotel. The location was walking distance to an adorable market, the rooms were very large and comfortable, all with spectacular views, and the food is to-die for. Seriously, the food was absolutely incredible. The breakfast buffet actually had a lovely spread, room service was prompt and the food was plated like you were eating in a nice restaurant, which is rare for room service, and the actual restaurant on-site was Michelin level quality and presentation. "The hotel was closed and they give my money back yet."

"Love this resort, we did enjoy it at its off season; the weather was mild at the end of November and only got 1 rainy day. Staff is friendly and helpful. We have a lovely 2 bedroom suite and kitchen and living rm, the only thing I would have to say is that we kept having issue with internet and that was do to the room’s router which they replace a day after we arrived."

"We visit the hotel twice a year and we wouldn’t book anywhere else. We know the staff over the years and it’s a great hotel. You can walk to town centre and main amenities without a fuss. Well done to Diana Santos and her team. "

Amazing Staff and Stay

"I highly recommend this hotel. The location was walking distance to an adorable market, the rooms were very large and comfortable, all with spectacular views, and the food is to-die for. Seriously, the food was absolutely incredible. The breakfast buffet actually had a lovely spread, room service was prompt and the food was plated like you were eating in a nice restaurant, which is rare for room service, and the actual restaurant on-site was Michelin level quality and presentation. The indoor pool was having maintenance done during our stay and our kids were really bummed about that, but the hotel more than made up for it with sweets for them and champagne for the adults. the staff really went above and beyond, and we were all very impressed. "
