"No exaggeration the cleanest hostel I've ever been to. This place is SPOTLESS. The kitchen is really big and equipped with anything needed to cook. The rooms are nice and spacious. Surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the airport and a highway. Staff is friendly and very kind :) "

"Did not email access code as promised. No AC as promised. No sheets or blankets only a bare matress. No towels for hire, so no shower. Over a busy noisy road. When I aseld for access code to get in staff was rude and said it was after 8pm (i followed the check in instructions on expedia) so they shouldnt have to let me in. Would not provide basic needs of the stay or honor their contract. Staff then said that I should owe them money for bothering them and asking for the basic necessities of a...

"I have the double room booked. It felt like a really cool hotel room but with incredible amenities. The staff was as always engaging with the guests, pasta night, beer pong etc ... It was cool that there was someone there 24hrs a day and there is a kitchen downstairs also open 24hrs that was stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta which is completely complimentary...that's correct it's complimentary. I'm generally not a hostel type person BUT this is one place in Naples you got to stay...

"It was a decent place to lay your head at especially for the price.The rooms were hot and stuffy, only one fan per room and certain people would hog it up for themselves. The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. "We stayed with ten people, ranging from 8 to 68 years old! It was a wonderful family trip but the villa exceeded our expectations in every way! "We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"

Make the reservation, and I promise, you will not be disappointed. Everything about the Grand Hotel Parkers exceeded our expectations. Absolutely one of my favorite places in the world to stay! "A heritage property this was a great choice. The staff the sea the sight were awesome. Everyone starting from front desk to restaurants were filled with passionate people. Though the rooms were small, the Balcony overlooking the Bay made up for a great time to bask in the evening sun and watch a great down. "

"The service at this hotel was absolutely excellent. The included breakfast buffet had a lot of variety and some of the best baked goods I had in Italy. The rooms were very comfortable and the lifts were small but fast which meant not having to wait long. Nice views of the bay at breakfast and from our balcony. Easy to walk to shopping/museum areas. "
