"Only one problem - no water in room to wash with- the water completely shut down twice. Once in the morning in middle of showers. The response was quick and fixed both times but no one likes soap in their eyes they can’t wash out. They only gave us a small discount off extras for the inconvenience which should have been a bit more. None the less we would definitely return and recommend because everything else was wonderful. The property is beautiful! "

"What a wonderful place! We booked the cheapest room and stayed only 1 night but we absolutely loved it and wished we had stayed longer. Monkeys came to our balcony and we saw more monkeys and an iguana on the way to the beach (a 5 minute walk downhill). Great restaurant options in the area within walking distance. We took a taxi to the National Park for less than 4$USD and left our luggage and vehicle with reception after checkout. We never made it to the pools. Would stay again and would...

"This hotel was wonderful; the tour guides were particularly knowledgeable and also great with kids! We enjoyed the restaurant and especially the views from the rooms (we had 3, and all were incredible). It is a bit of a walk through the cloud forest to the rooms, but there is help for luggage, and it's exactly the kind of walk you come to Costa Rica to take! Thank you Dantica! "

"We stayed in the Rosa Blanca room. We loved the view and the beautiful art work on the walls in the bathroom. The circular stair case was unique and the 270 degree view of San Jose was great. "WHATEVER YOU DO. DO NOT STAY HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE. THE FOOD IS OLD, STALE, HORRIBLE, I ASKED FOR CLEAN TOWELS AND THE OWNER AND I GOT INTO A SHOUTING MATCH. HE EVEN TOLD ME GO BACK TO AMERICA. WE CHECKED OUT AN ENTIRE DAY EARLIER AND WAS CHARGED A 25$ US CANCELLATION FEE. FOR WHAT??? Only God knows. STAY AWAY FROM THERE. ITS DESERTED, NOTHING TO DO AND NOT AS DESCRIBED AS IN THE PUCTURES ON THE WEBSITE."
