"Everything went very smoothly with the process. We were able to text the concierge when we were on an hour away and she met us at the house to show us around. The house was spacious, clean and had all the supplies we needed including washer/dryer and soap. Good jungle views. We saw macaws at a distance but no monkeys. "This house was amazing for our Costa Rica trip! Groups of monkeys passed through the treetops everyday, so nonstop entertainment for a family from the US. The house was also spacious with air conditioned bedrooms. Its location in Manuel Antonio was perfect. You can walk to the restaurants, shops, grocery store and beach. Walking is a bit difficult with the tiny roads and hills, but doable. I would recommend renting a 4 wheel drive so you can drive to Espadilla Beach, which was much easier...
