"Doug and Janet were great hosts. They were quick to respond with questions. They also met us at a local restaurant and led us up to the house. They also have Juli to be a concierge for your stay. She is amazing by scheduling excursions during your stay and was there when we could t find the location for an excursion by directing us and then calling the company to let them know we would be there. "We had an amazing time staying with you! Oscar, our concierge, was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we booked to the day we left, he was always available to meet our needs, arranging airport transportation, coordinating the delivery and pickup of our rental car at the house, and ensuring everything went smoothly. The property itself is in a fantastic, private location, and we loved seeing all kinds of wildlife roaming the grounds. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista. Our villa was well-equipped and spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were separate bathrooms (with showers) for each bedroom, which was really convenient. The highlight was the gorgeous sunsets over the Pacific that we watched each evening from our private plunge pool. We grew fond of the brightly colored pair of scarlet macaws living nearby (and frequently flying over us). What could be more "pura vida" than that?"

"Great location. House was cleaned twice in our six days when we expected it would not be! We arrived late due to heavy rains and late flights, but the concierge stayed in touch and assisted us.
