"Great reliable hotel everytime I visit Madrid. The room is so large for European standards. Love there is a small kitchen. Comfortable firm bed. Great location near Plaza de Espana, 5 min walk to Metro station. Staff always friendly. "

"Overall this property is worthy to stay again. It is close to the Royal Palace and other local food market, Grocery is downstairs and the metro is on the side of the stree. I requested a quiet room. The reception put us on the level 2, it is quite noisy in the middle night when the council collects the garbage every night. It is also very clearly to hear people were talking on the street. There is no onsite parking, we have to leave our car in a public car parking. The bath room drainer is...

"This apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located just a few blocks from Atocha Station. Though our stay was brief due to an early train, we found everything in excellent order. Check-in was seamless, and the front desk staff was friendly—a rare and welcome surprise for this type of accommodation in Spain. Highly recommend for anyone needing a convenient and pleasant stopover!"

"Clean modern room conveniently located above a grocery store. We were there on Christmas Eve 2024 and having the grocery store below was a life saver. Room has everything you need from a working kitchen to comfortable bedding. The only negative is the half open shower. The glass only extends halfway, like most modern showers these days, causing water to spill all over the bathroom floor. Noticed black mold in room 401 because of this shower detail already."

"We spent Christmas at the property with 3 little kids. It was very fun. All the mayor city sites are close, two city playgrounds are at least 5-10 minutes away(walking). The front desk was very helpful and accommodating, the breakfast is wonderful our kids loved it too! "

"The pictures and description are accurate. Not a bad place stay. Kinda out if the way but for the price its a good fit. If you want a hostel with a private room, this is your place. On real problem was trying to speak to someone. Check in is fine, but if you have questions, good luck. "

"Excellent stay, nice & quiet and big rooms. Just a couple of things for anyone staying to note - They charge to use the kitchen, which was a hit odd, although they provided everything once you stayed. The rooms are getting a bit tired, ours had a shower that wouldn’t stay up, and some of the fixtures and fittings were tired/broken."

Beautiful Views from Spacious Room.

"Family of 4, we stayed in a room with 4 beds. It was excellent. The view at Christmas time was so magical. There was plenty of noise at night, but we knew that going it. It was a VERY busy area during our late december stay. I could stand on that little balcony all day and watch all the life happening below. So glad we chose to stay at Hotel Europa."

"We transferred from another hotel as we were looking for a good breakfast option. As we were on honeymoon we were able to be upgraded and enjoyed a room to the top floor. The room was spacious and convenient as we got a great view of the palace and my wife had injured her ankle. The public transport service were super convenient as there are stops in front of the hotel and opposite the road. Would come back again as the location was convenient to the city centre. "
