"Thoroughly enjoyed our 5-night stay at this hotel. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Central location ... i was concerned about street noise but rooms are very well insulated so it was lovely and comfortable. The best hotel breakfast we have enjoyed for a very long time ... so much choice from the frequently replenished buffet as well as omlettes / eggs cooked to order. No restaurant in the hotel for dinner but plenty of good options around (including a fantastic Lebanese restaurant nearby).The cafe bar was a real plus ... after a long day sightseeing it was nice to relax with a pot of tea (and free cake!) The bar staff were particularly friendly and courteous. I have no negatives for this hotel and would stay again without hesitation the next time we travel to the beautiful city of Madrid."

"Nice hotel, great location. If I ended up in Madrid again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here. Madrid itself is not nearly as nice as Barcelona of Sevilla, but it's worth a visit!"

"The a property is very trendy and beautiful! The service is outstanding and the amenities offered are those of a 5 star hotel! Rooms and bathrooms are beautiful but no wasted space there! So if you don’t need a huge room but a very comfortable place to rest this is your place! "
