"Great house, if a little quirky. It was odd that the first floor is only accessible via outside stairs or the elevator, but not really an issue for our group. Everything else was as-advertised, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and that the beach access was only half a block away. A small check-in miscommunication was remedied promptly by the property manager, and the host was quick to answer a question we had about the TVs. Overall we had a great holiday weekend here!"

"We had a wonderful time at He Crab She Crab. Check in was easy. All the information shared by the owners regarding the area, places to visit, restaurants, grocery stores,etc was very helpful. We enjoyed grilling out and found the kitchen to be stocked with anything we could possibly need. We had a lot of fun with games we found in the sunroom and enjoyed the bikes immensely. "Lots of space for our family, very clean, and just a short walk to the beach. Private pool was a bit disappointing due to maintenance issues…water was clear but frequent skimming was required to clear bugs and leaves/debris from water surface because filter wasn’t working properly. Maintenance responded quickly, but unfortunately the problem wasn’t resolved."

"Everything was clean and in order. Guidance regarding getting to the property was helpful as we didn’t realize we would require a 4x4 to get there. Renting one was instrumental to a low stress stay. Property was minutes from the beach. We particularly liked the outdoor shower and hose for our pups and us when returning from the beach. More hooks in the bathrooms and on doors would be useful. Overall would rent again. "

"We loved our holiday in Sandbridge. We were 13 with 6 children between the ages of 2 and 7. The PAC Man, Air Hockey, pool and hot tub were used and loved by all. "This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."

"House, beach and hostess all wonderful! Walls of windows gave beautiful views of the beach and great light throughout. Six adults two kids(4 & 2) had room to roam indoors on a rainy day. Petra could not have been more responsive to our requests—even had extra towels delivered on a moment’s notice. House spotless on arrival and all amenities top shelf. Saw horses nearly every day. One caveat: synchronize your access and egress with low tide and count on a half hour beach drive each way. "
