"The house is new and very clean. Kitchen was stocked and we were comfortable. Listing says "sleep 7", but there are only 3 beds, but we bought an air mattress from WalMart and it was fine for our 7 year old. Lastly, if you need to use the washer and dryer, you will need to request it. It all, it was very nice rental."

"The detached garage apartment was fine for what my family of 3 needed. There are a few maintenance things and supplied that would be nice to have on hand, but the essentials were there. That there was not an oven was a surprise and that we had to use the lighter for the grill to ignite the burner was not the best. Beds were comfortable and location was great. Hot tub was clean and hot. Only having 3 spoons and no kitchen spices beyond salt. The kitchen table and chairs could use some...

"This is by far one of the nicest homes I've ever stayed in. Everything about the stay was top notch, it's in a very nice neighborhood, great and quiet part of town. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!! The only complaint is more about VRBO and the way they do their listing, the listing price per night should include the hosting fee, makes it difficult when trying to select a house."

"Centrally located home, that made navigation in and around the area easy. Owner/host was overly accomodating going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. House that feels like a home, feels lived in but cozy. Would definitely stay again."

"We only needed the house for 1 night and It had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet/calm neighborhood and we felt safe. "

"We were glad to find a dog-friendly property on the south side of town for closest access to GMNP and Carlsbad Caverns. The kitchen had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner and we liked the proximity to our hikes (under an hour’s drive). The yard wasn’t really dog friendly as it was just weeds and rocks, but it was fully fenced. The house was clean and had plenty of soap, paper products, spices, etc. "

"This house has everything you’ll need for your stay. The general neighborhood isn’t quite the norm for vacation rentals, but it’s an easy drive to whatever you need. Evolve did a great job communicating and check-in was easy. Carlsbad is a great home base for Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains NP."

"I selected the property due to proximity to National Parks, and size of the property. Property worked well for our needs. Positives - large living room, kitchen and dining area, large converted garage for extra bedroom space, convenient to grocery stores and local attractions. GREAT wi-fi. Negatives - dishwasher does not work well. Family mentioned the rooms were "dark", and noticed multiple light bulbs were burned out. Both negatives were mentioned to the property owner for correction. ...

"The property is located in a great neighborhood and is very clean. We were surprised at how large it was and it was very cute. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the location as it was easy to get to our day trip locations. I highly recommend staying here!"
