It was great. It is a HUGE place with many many rooms so they may need more help to keep up. I was very happy. Everything worked, wasn't absolutely perfect but it was great! And graveyard attendant was so, so nice and personable!

Super clean, a great refuge for weary Guadalupe Peak hikers. Stayed 2 nights/3 days and it was perfect. Hot water and shower was phenomenal. Host was very friendly and suggested great places to eat.

Great hotel with amazing breakfast.
Very nice hotel. Great staff, amazing hot breakfast, super soft towels, and good pressure in the shower (felt like a massage). It seems the hotel had seen some bad times and it is being slowly and steadily being improved. Value for money and better than several higher priced hotels in New Mexico.

Room was in an unacceptable conditions. Blood stains on sheets, hairs on pillows, pee stains on restroom door and walls, sink was dirty, was a non smoking room but still smelled like smoke. Half the lights in the room were not working.
