"Exceptional! A perfect place in every sense! Great location, super clean and comfortable. Not only exactly as advertised, but better. We had a family stay to visit Carlsbad Caverns. We were all super comfortable and happy with the stay. Would do it again in a heart beat! "

"Nice updates to interior of home. Exterior less so. Need some updates to kitchen pots/pans. We enjoy cooking on trips. Anti-stick completely gone on some cookware making cleaning nearly impossible. Needed sponge to aide cleaning and brush for cleaning glasses/cups. Kitchen towels would be a plus. Needed salt and pepper in spice cabinet. We bought cheap set and left them for next guest. Road noise at night measureable affecting sleep in front bedroom as windows seem to be single pane...

"This was a great location for us to stay while exploring Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns. It would be doable but a long day to hit White Sands from here as well. The house was great!"
