"Owner should consider new blinds. There is a street light right outside the master bedroom. The blinds are old and in disrepair and illuminate the bedroom at night making it difficult to sleep"

"This is the second time we've stayed at this property. Peggy does an excellent job of providing all that is needed to enjoy our time in Arizona. Beds and furniture are very comfortable; condo is clean. Kitchen is fully stocked and new washer/dryer are easy to use. Updates are made regularly. Pool is nearby and very nice. Location is perfect for our needs. AJ's and Walgreen's are a 5 minute walk away. We have already booked for next year, and have peace of mind in knowing it will be great...

She replied immediately by phone and came to see me five minutes later. Very impressive! The unit was Very clean unfortunately the building not so much, was okay though. Comfortable place, was a little dated but fine. Communal grill was disgusting the pool was actually part of the adjacent hotel and was OK. Hot tub...
