"I stay at a lot of hotels and I have to say that I was incredibly impressed by this property. Everything from the check-in to the concierge to all the little touches were spot on and when I return to Ponta Delgada I will definitely stay here again. The only thing I can think of which wasn't perfect was the food we had in the bar, which was pretty average but again the service and the setting made up for it. "

"Beautiful hotel. Perfect location with easy walking access to all. The town with restaurants you can walk to as well. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. the room has an air conditioning unit. Very nice balcony overlooking the beautiful garden, just outside the room. The lobby and room is Nicely updated and attractive looking. It was a quiet. It had a nice looking pool, jacuzzi, and gym although we didnt use them. The area is safe and the building is quiet as well. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Plenty parking spots in the attached covered garage, although its and extra 9 Euros a day. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also left our camera in the room by accident and they said they would mail it to us! What great service! We would definitely stay here again."

"The sauna, the thermal pool and the gym are extra points for me. Parking is enough lots of slots. The location for me is perfect, high so it's bit cooler, close enough to grocery and attractiion we went to. Facility is like you're at home that you can cook. They provide water and tea. Highly recommended this place."
