"My husband and I loved this property. We explored all over São Miguel and it seemed like no matter where we went, we were no further than an hour away. The house is spacious and beautiful and had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer). My absolute favorite part was the terrace and surrounding garden. "The views from this apartment are incredible! Hosts were super friendly and generous. We loved our stay here! It does get a little warm inside to sleep (we visited in August) we asked for a second fan which they brought. Super quick walk to a beautiful sandy beach! "The apartment was very clean and the owners were very friendly. The bathroom is nice and big and has a bidet. It also had a washing machine which was nice! You could walk to the restaurants and to the grocery store. The street noise is very loud and you have to keep the windows open because it is very warm inside. "We were not psychologically prepared for such a tight parking spot as there was a large vehicle beside us. The stay was large and comfy and the kitchen was very essential part of the convenience and freedom. Perhaps it’s the cultural difference as the elevator went to nowhere in between floors. Apartment B has no blackout curtains. We didn’t find the broom until the last day of stay. Laundry and deck allowed for wash and dry of laundry. "
