"A beautiful resort-like property. Plenty of free parking. The apartment is very convenient and has all the necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed our patio and having breakfast there. All the employees are very nice and helpful. The property is rather far from the city, so a car is s must. But the location was perfect for self-driving to all the main attractions, airport, and Ponta Delgada. "

"Do not hesitate to book this hotel. Took a red eye in and arrived at 7:30 to the hotel. Our room was not available but the staff recommended a breakfast place and then booked us a half day tour to keep us busy while we waited. We returned from the tour about 12:30 and our room was ready for us. The room was huge and the view spectacular! Our first night we went to the store next door and bought things for dinner on our balcony. The staff went above and beyond in service, the room was amazing...
