"This is my fourth year staying here, great walking access to downtown Portsmouth and easy driving distance to everywhere else in the area. Property Manager is a pleasure to deal with, apartment is well equipped and well kept up. Only trouble is that Every time I go there I wish I could stay longer!"

"This condo was perfect for our four day getaway. The host Gloria was very attentive and helpful answering questions before we came, and making sure we were all set during our trip. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. We liked that it was in a quiet location and that parking was easy. "We stayed just one night while we visited Maine and NH. Would have loved to stay longer. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the outdoor space, but it looked lovely! The space was perfect with two beds upstairs and a large bathroom. Will come back if ever in the area. Loved it!"

"The pictures were representative of the apartment. It was comfortable and spacious. The a/c units in each bedroom window were perfect. I had to ask for the check-in and check-out instructions, but the owner responded quickly. My only critique is that the hot water would run out (e.g., even when taking a shower for fewer than 10 min, the water would turn from lukewarm to cool for the person taking a shower afterwards, so the 2nd person would have to wait a little bit for a fully hot shower)."

"The property was extremely convenient to town and marginal way. That Place (the restaurant) was so convenient and had amazing food! The owners were very kind. Just a FYI: The cottage was quite a few stairs. We could have used a few extra towels. But it was extremely clean and the kitchen area was well stocked. "

And while the free public lot is quite convenient there is a max stay of 72 hours.
