"Finding the room was a bit challenging, all the receptionist said was ‘you’re up one flight of stairs.’ There is no elevator and when you go up the flight of stairs you’re led through a door to a shared balcony with chairs. It would have been nice to know that you enter through a balcony door AND that the room numbers were on small placards above the sliding door.
