"This place is perfect for a couple. It is small but clean. There is no stove, but we didn't need one for this trip. We will definitely keep this place in mind. Alice was very responsive and pleasant. "

Walkable to all shops and restaurants. We had one minor issue with one of the toilets and the host response was quick and the matter resolved. "The property was extremely convenient to town and marginal way. That Place (the restaurant) was so convenient and had amazing food! The owners were very kind. Just a FYI: The cottage was quite a few stairs. We could have used a few extra towels. But it was extremely clean and the kitchen area was well stocked. "

"Walkable to downtown Dover and lots of great restaurants & breweries. Very cute little downtown area. 15 mins to UNH. Very clean apartment, and lots of coffee was provided! The bottle of wine is also a nice touch. A little noisy (thin walls and doors, so you hear neighbors going in and out, as well as the train going by.) Quite quiet at night though, and comfy bed.
