"Great place to stay for an off season getaway"

"Cute little, rustic beach condo in a perfect spot. We had a great weekend with perfect weather to celebrate the closing season of York beach."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, and spacious. It was wonderful waking to the sound of the waves! The only negative things were I would recommend room-darkening shades for the bedrooms as the sun woke us each day around 6. Also, only having the 10-digit code was kind of frustrating. Otherwise, no complaints! We would stay again!"

"This was an incredible bang for your buck! Awesome location, across the street from the beach. Nothing’s better than waking up to the sound of the waves! The furniture was well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. I would ahave given 5 stars, if not for having to wash everything we used. The pans were still a bit greasy and there was food residue on the roasting pan. Otherwise I would stay here again in a heartbeat!"

"We had a great stay at the york studio! It was such a close walk to the beach and not a bad walk to downtown either. The studio has everything we needed and the extra loft was nice for additional guest as well. The communication was good with quick responses and check ins. We would definitely stay here again!"
