"There was no one at the front desk at checkout time; there was a lady attempting to check in early, but she stated that she had been there for a while and there was no one. I rang the manual bell, but no one came to the front desk, despite the fact that some personnel were speaking behind a glass door. Finally, a man employee arrived with a threatening and hostile attitude, yelling at us. BTW, it was approximately 9 a.m., he had a Middle Eastern accent and he did not wear badge or uniform"

He was proactive and communicative from the start and quick to respond to us. He was thoughtful and really made us feel like he cared about our experience. "Our stay was wonderful! The house is perfect for a couple or a family. We did have to locate and put the solar cover back on the pool and we never could find a cover for the outside TV but other than that, everything was as described and great! We would definitely stay here again. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful too. "
