"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Amara. The views of sunset match the pictures to perfection! The property is clean and well appointed with what is needed for a relaxing family getaway. Despite record rain, the pool made for great outdoor time when we could grab it, and most nights were spent watching the sunset from the lovely patio/spa. Plenty of wildlife to observe as well. Certainly a comfy place for a relaxing getaway."

"We enjoyed our stay! The location is fantastic, close to everything and quick trips to Ft. Myers and Care Coral beaches. The water view if stunning, especially from the Eagles Nest (my favorite room in the house.) We loved having 4 kayaks, we needed that with our families and it allowed for us to enjoy more activity together. The game room was a hit for time away from the sun. We cooked meals every day in the kitchen and grille. We had plenty of paper products throughout our stay not inly in the kitchen but bathrooms. This is a nice touch. We had snacks and waters provided, along with coffee and all the spices we needed. They also have foil, saran wrap, and wax paper. Plenty of towels both bath and beach along with beach chairs, cart, and umbrellas. We fished a lot (mostly got catfish) and added some stuff to the tacklebox. The master bath is really nice. Be careful with the glass door it hits the tile, we let the owner know perhaps a rubber guard on that section will help. Nothing happened to it, but I worry it could in the future. Beautiful view though from the two person shower. The master bed and guest bed attached to the master bath both have beds that are really, really high. I mean HIGH. They do have stairs to get into it though if you need. I didn't mind because I could see the trees from the tall windows. We really enjoyed our time and getting to know the neighbor who was friendly, you don't always have this so it was nice. The kids loved their time there"

"We definitely would like to come back but the smoking not allowed at the pool was a issue for some of the crew and I did tell him about the pool filter that wasn't working but we loved the house, the area. The pool and just were very comfortable. Thank you again for opening your home to us."

"From the opening of the front gate to the entry to the perfect size to the location for our situation to the accommodations it was wonderful!!! All the details of decorations to the comfy bed and all the necessities,,we loved it !!!"

"Only our 2nd time in Florida first time for the Gulf side and it was absolutely amazing wonderful place to stay the kids enjoyed everything about it from the beautiful beaches to spending time on the back dock fishing and all day and late night swimming in the pool this is a great getaway for a nice family vacation and very short commutes to stores and gas stations..I was in contact with Eric himself very helpful nice and friendly I highly recommend staying here!"
