"It took the owner 15 minutes to answer the door at check in. From there I had to re-register my information and was asked to pay again. I informed her I had already paid and she tried to argue with me that I had not until I showed her my receipt. There is no breakfast provided either. I was stopped by other motel stayers and informed that the previous occupants of my room had complained about bed bugs and roaches. I went to ask for my money back to leave and was told no.
