"I, like many, am a Covid-19 victim. Sadly unable to stay due to the cancellation of flights and the wedding I was attending. The Hotel have made it possible for me to get a refund on my non-refundable booking. Thank you so much I am so grateful. I will definitely be booking with you when we can travel to beautiful Bali. "The rooms were comfortable but didn't realize the first floor bathrooms would be open to nature. We found a frog in our bathroom one morning and the last morning found a lizard in our bathtub. I'm all for nature but outside of my room. Otherwise the rooms were comfortable and enjoyed the privacy of the our own pool and common area."

"The staff here are excellent. We stayed for 6 nights. The rooftop pool was lovely and a really good temperature. We ended up unwell with our daughter getting Bali belly, but the staff were very understanding, and offered us a later check out. Would definitely stay again!"
